Returns Policy
- the product must be in the same condition in which it was received
- the products must not be damaged
- the security seal, where applicable, must still be attached
- the products must be returned in their original packaging
- for hygiene reasons, returns of nail polishes, pencils, mascaras, eyeliners, lip glosses, lipsticks, lip liners and products that come into direct contact with the skin are not accepted
- opened, tested or used products are not accepted

Pack the product properly in order to avoid damage during transport.
The products to be returned must be handed over to the carrier within 14 days from notifying the Seller.

After receiving the parcel, a Customer Care representative will contact you in order to finalize the return procedure.

- Products can be returned within 14 days from receiving the parcel.
- The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned products.
- The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, incorrectly delivered or damaged during transport.
