Online card payments are processed securely through Netopia Payments, certified to the PCI DSS security standard. Transactions are protected by 3D Secure authentication, which requires the cardholder to verify the transaction directly with their issuing bank.
Cards issued by Romanian and international banks are accepted under the following payment schemes:

• Visa and Visa Electron
• Mastercard and Maestro
• Debit and credit cards
• No additional fees for online card payments
• The amount is authorised on the card at order placement and captured at dispatch

Provider: Klarna • Type: buy now, pay later (BNPL)

Klarna allows you to complete your order now and pay later, under terms agreed directly with Klarna. The option is available at the payment step in checkout, where you will be shown the payment plans eligible for your order.

• Payment is made according to the plan selected in the Klarna app or account
• Eligibility is determined by Klarna at the time of order
• The financing agreement is concluded between the buyer and Klarna, independently of kikocosmetics.ro

Available for home delivery • Surcharge: +3 RON

Cash on delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery. This option is available exclusively for home delivery (door-to-door).

• Payment is made in cash upon receiving the parcel
• COD surcharge: +3 RON, automatically added to the delivery cost
• Not available for locker deliveries (Sameday Easybox, FANbox)
• The total amount due (products + delivery + COD surcharge) is shown at order completion
