The kikocosmetics.ro online store delivers products across Romania through our courier partners Sameday Courier and FAN Courier. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday-Friday).

Estimated delivery timeframes are:
• 1-2 business days in Bucharest and Ilfov
• 2-5 business days in the rest of the country
Timeframes are calculated from order confirmation and processing.

The above timeframes do not apply during extreme weather events, general strikes, or other force majeure circumstances that may affect transport and delivery.

Partners: Sameday Easybox & FAN Courier FANbox

You can collect your order at your own pace, whenever convenient, from one of the locker stations available across Romania. Select the locker delivery option at checkout and choose the station nearest to you.

Sameday Easybox - Pickup timeframe
• Delivery Mon-Thu & Sun: pickup within 36 hours
• Delivery on Friday: pickup within 72 hours
• Delivery on Saturday: pickup within 48 hours
• Extension: up to 7 days via the Sameday app, available when less than 12h remain before expiry
• Uncollected parcels: returned to warehouse; online payments are refunded automatically
• Locker access: 24/7

FAN Courier FANbox - Pickup timeframe
• Standard pickup timeframe: 48 hours from delivery
• Locker access: 24/7
• Please note: returns cannot be processed at FANbox stations
• Always check the SMS or email notification from the courier for the exact pickup deadline for your parcel.
